Steven Silva and Sarah Lahbati declared as the new Starstruck V's Ultimate Male and Female Survivor. 

The final judgment was held at Araneta Coliseum.  Placing second to Steven was Enzo Pineda who was named First Prince while Rocco Nacino bag the Second Prince title.

Diva Montelaba became the First Princess.

Steven and Sarah got the highest combined text and online votes from the viewers and scores from the StarStruck Council, composed of Lolit Solis, Iza Calzado, and Floy Quintos.
 

Sarah averaged 94.6 percent while Steven had 93.5 percent. Diva scored 91.4 percent, Enzo got 90.2 percent, while Rocco had an average of 88.3 percent.

Steven and Sarah each won P1.5 million cash prize and an exclusive contract with GMA Network, with a minimum guarantee of P3.5 million.

Enzo, Rocco, and Diva, on the other hand, will each receive P200,000 cash prize and exclusive contracts with the Kapuso Network.

The rest of the Avengers were also given GMA contracts.

The Last Prince is a fantasy Philippine drama produced by GMA Network. It stars Aljur Abrenica and Kris Bernal under the direction of Mac Alejandre.

The Last Prince tells the fairy tale story of a kingdom in the clouds: Paladino headed by King  Adorno (Emilio Garcia) and Queen Lamara (Carmina Villaroel). They have 3 children:  Princess Saraya (Bubbles Paraiso), Prince Javino (Geoff Eigenmann) and Prince Almiro (Aljur Abrenica).

But the peaceful and perfect life in Paladino is suddenly threatened  when  Prince Javino gone  and because of that, King Adorno declared Prince Almiro as the next successor as King of Paladino. 

Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez plays the role of Elektra, the deadly foe of Darna.

Elektra was born in Planet Venusa where women rule and men are slaves.  She traveled to Earth to transfer the earth's water to her dying planet.  Elektra sucked the brains of a homosexual person.  She will speak gay lingo.

Former PBA basketball player Cris Bolado voted out  in the last tribal council.

Out of 4 members in the tribe, 2 voted for Cris, 1 for Charles & 1 for Mika.

Before the Tribal council enters, Tara was too nosy with what transpired between Charles and Mika’s previous conversation. Charles said that he did not get any definite response from the sexy chef, about things related to the tribal council ahead. Tara then began to be on the defensive side once more insisting that she could also be in-charge of the tribe, once Mike is removed.

Unaware that the person she’s talking about was listening right behind them, Mika butted in. The cat got Tara’s tongue, but not for long. And what happened next, was a prolonged shouting match between the catty tribe mates.


Cris said that it wouldn’t matter who among the three Aira tribe mates would be voted off. He would also be thankful, regardless of the tribal council’s outcome.

After he voted out by his tribe mates, he has a chance to come back in the game wherein he must fight and battled with a face-off challenge with Justin Ferrer.

Expect the unexpected!

Koror and Airai Tribe was shocked when Paolo Bediones announced before the reward challenge game that there will be a new Airai and Koror members by means of "draw lots". Many of them were not happy and in still shocked!

Paolo instruct them to blind fold their selves and pick the color in a small basket. After picking their color, Paolo started to separate the color red and green. In Airai Tribe, Vlad, Troy, Cris, Mika are still in the group with their new members Louie, Charles and Tara.

Marvin, Echo amd Suzuki was still in the Koror with their new members Amanda, Jef and Shaun.

As expected Louie is not happy, he still wants to be included in Koror tribe because he admit during in his on-the spot interview that it will be hard for him to manipulate others especially Vlad and Troy. As we all know that Louie doesn't like Troy and Vlad.

As for Troy, he believed that his new team was a "dream team". When the game started, Paolo explained the instruction and rules of the game. Each tribe has their own giant map of Palau, complete with its 16 states and slots for its respective flags. The castaways must swim towards the cheat board where they can determine which flag belongs to a particular state. From the cheat board, the castaways should get a flag and swim back to the giant map to place the flag on its proper slot. The first team to complete the 16 flags placed on the right states wins the reward. The entire lap was about 35 to 40 meters.

Paolo then presented the reward - one cart of Filipino’s favorite street foods including fish balls, kikiam, tukneneng and one cart of samalamig. After playing the game, Airai wins the reward challenge.

Castaway Maya Segovia known as the "Lady Pilot" is the third castaway voted out in Survivor Philippines Palau

Before they go to the Tribal Council, the girls concede that they want to vote for Troy because of his attitude toward his members.

The boys also concede that they want Maya to be out because they know that Maya is too weak for the tribe. As expected there will be a 4:4 vote but it so happen during the tribal council when Paolo reads and announced that 6 voted for Maya and 2 for Troy.

Maya was thrown out in the tribal council. During her on-the-spot interview, Maya was so disappointed of her two tribe members namely: Mika and Amanda. She thinks that she was betrayed.

Amanda and Mika said sorry to Maya telling that they don't want to do it but they don't have any choice because they need the strongest member in the tribe to continue the fight against the Koror tribe.

Survivor Philippines Palau castaway Justine Ferrer is the first castaway voted out by Koror Team.

Justine Ferrer is a 29 years old businesswoman who lives in Caloocan. During the tribal council, Justine admitted to the group that he is transgender person, man turned to a woman.

Tara is the first one who noticed him. Somehow, Suzuki also noticed it during the first day of the show. Others noticed him through his voice. If he shouted loudly, the voice become bigger while if he talked politely, the voice is sweet and totally awesome just like an ordinary girl

This coming Thursday, Kapuso actress Iza Calzado will be featured in SRO Cinemaserye Presents as Rowena Joy. Iza will play the role of a transgender person, from man to a woman, a gay man who undergone a sexual transplant to become a certified woman.

Paolo Ballesteros will play the gay Rowena Joy and TJ Trinidad as her love interest.

Kapuso Star Pound for Pound King Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao is now set to fight against WBO Welterweight Champion Miguel Cotto of Puerto Rico.

Cotto has finally agreed and already signed a contract to fight Pacquiao on November 14, 2009 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pacquiao had already won the WBC flyweight, IBF super bantamweight, WBC junior lightweight, WBC lightweight, lineal junior welterweight and IBO junior welterweight

GMA Executive Redgie Magno confirmed that Rhian Ramos will play the role of Jodi in Stairway to Heaven remake in GMA 7.

While watching Imbestigador, the team discovers another irregularity in the fish port somewhere in Manila. Some vendors palpably mix "Jobos", a type of coloring used for shoes and fabrics, on the basins of fish that they will sell.

This process actually makes the fishes appear fresh and attractive to buyers. However, according to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), this is a clear case of deception or anomaly to consumers and is possibly dangerous to health. And because this act is a violation to the Philippine Fisheries Law, BFAR and Imbestigador immediately took action. 20 basins of fish were confiscated and the vendors who were caught in the act were reprimanded.
