Filipino Blogosphere joins the Filipino nation and the world in giving honor and tribute to former President Corazon "Cory" Aquino. Accordiing to an article by the blog-winning journalist Tonyo Cruz in his blog tonyocruz.com at the news of Cory's death the blogosphere had been filled with posts and tweeter updates honoring and paying tribute to Cory Aquino.Besides messages and posts some blogs also went a color and header makeover to signify their tribute and oneness with the family of the former president. Some also displayed yellow ribbon in their blogs. In Facebook, avatars had been changed to yellow ribbon avatars or some had a yellow ribbon in their avatar.
