Cristeta Comerford, the first Filipina executive chef in White House. Born in Sampaloc, Manila Philippines. She completed her secondary education at the Manila Science High School. She also studied at the University of the Philippine major in Food Technology, however she didn't complete or earn her degree due to some matters. Married to John with one daughter Danielle. She work at the Sheraton Hotel and Hyatt Regency Hotel. She also worked as a rotating chef in Vienna and recruited by Walter Scheib Illin to work in White House. Comerford appointed by Former First Lady Laura Bush on August 14, 2005 and until now she retained to be the executive chef by the Obama Administration. (Credits picture goes to Daylife)
