ABS CBN actress Cherry Pie Picache together with her manager Ed Instrella went to Philippine Artists Managers Inc or PAMI and ABS-CBN to file a case against actor Baron Geisler.
According to Ms. Picache, Baron intentionally grab her breast during their taping in Noah, a primetime show air in ABS-CBN. They learned that Baron is already drunk during that time.
Cherry Pie said, "At first, I felt something different on Baron's way of holding and touching me until I realized that he was already grabbed my breast.
Because of this incident, Cherry Pie initially make a complaint against Baron Geisler. This was the 3rd time Geisler commit act of lasciviousness against her co-stars in different shows.
Geisler was known for being a dramatic actor and received several awards in different indie films.
